I am supposed to measure the thermal conductivity of thin film. I have the strip on the film as shown below

I have now 3-omega voltage at different frequencies and the ratio of 3 omega to 1 omega voltage at different frequencies. From this data, how can I measure the thermal conductivity. I hope anyone help me.
