Hi
I'm designing an application which at some points developing temperature up to 3000 deg C.
I'm considering to implement some parts using tantalum carbide, due to its capabilities to withstand
very high temperatures, but there is almost no information available about this material.
Can somebody recommend the source of such information ? I'm looking for its thermal, mechanical and electrical properties, and also methods of fabrication / sintering.
