In summary, the guidelines for discussing new ideas on the PF forum include being respectful and open-minded, providing evidence and reasoning to support your ideas, avoiding personal attacks, and actively engaging in constructive discussions. It is also important to stay on topic and avoid spamming or promoting irrelevant content. Additionally, participants should be willing to listen to and consider opposing viewpoints and be open to revising their ideas based on feedback from others. Overall, the goal is to create a positive and productive environment for exchanging new ideas and perspectives.

Welcome to the PF!

Be sure to skim the PF Rules (see INFO at the top of the page). We generally do not allow personal speculation/ideas unless you also add links to the mainstream science sources that you've been reading about the topics. This is a great place to discuss and learn about mainstream science. Not so much for a place to throw out new ideas for feedback.
