In summary, the debate over the effectiveness and necessity of exams in education continues, with some arguing that they are outdated and do not accurately measure learning, while others maintain that they are a valuable form of assessment. However, with the rise of alternative methods of evaluation and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on traditional exam formats, it is clear that exams may no longer be the only or best option for measuring student achievement. As we move forward, it is possible that exams may become less prevalent in education, but their complete elimination remains uncertain.
