How Can You Effectively Communicate Online Without Using All Caps?

In summary, effectively communicating online without using all caps involves avoiding the use of all capital letters, as it is considered to be equivalent to shouting or emphasizing. Instead, one should use proper punctuation, grammar, and tone to convey their message clearly and respectfully. Additionally, utilizing bold, italics, and other formatting options can also help to emphasize certain words or phrases without resorting to all caps. It is important to remember that online communication is still a form of communication and should be approached with the same etiquette and consideration as face-to-face interactions.

Hi, and welcome
Yes as Greg says, ALL CAPS is considered to be 'shouting' on the internet.
That means that less people are interested in what you are saying, not more,

If you want to express something in particular though, you can use bold or underline, that's OK.
