I hope you are doing well. I know real life can be very cruel sometimes, and a lot of negative factors or negative situations can be combined in real life and make a person face what Americans call a "no win scenario", that is no matter what course of action you choose, you can't get a win or a positive outcome. In that case the only thing you can do is to try to survive somehow.
