    Thanks for the comment on my article. I looked for the typo in the equation under Figure 4 and can't seem to find it!! Would you mind pointing it out? And yes, as soon as I figure out how to get PF's latex engine to render equation numbers, I'll get those references fixed.

    Maybe I am mistaken, but shouldn't d˙H/a−ca = 1/a*(d˙H−c) = cq/a be d˙H/a−ca = 1/a*(d˙H−ca^2) = cq/a ?

    As I am sure they all say, better latex than never!
