Has Anyone Recently Communicated with Tribdog?

  • Thread starter debrah
  • Start date
As a summary: In summary, the conversation revolved around the identity of tribdog, a member of the forum who has not been active for a long time. Pallidin shared a link to tribdog's YouTube channel, which caused confusion as to whether Pallidin was actually tribdog. It was clarified that Pallidin was not tribdog, but merely shared the link for the benefit of the original poster. The conversation also includes discussions about Google search results and the meaning of "channel poster."

Wait, we are supposed to feel bad for someone who is in prison?

He's a long time member...lives an unconventional life. He's made some great posts. But I think many of his posts had to be removed immediately ...he keeps the mentors very busy, when he comes around.

Now I'm actually interested in this tribdog guy.

Why do his posts usually get taken down?

Is he a gypsy or something?

Well, the mentors would know more than I do about that. I'm guessing a lot of them had profanity.

I really don't know details about him.

Not exactly. Profanity is generally filtered. I think it was the subjects of the threads and posts. I saw a number of his posts that were later taken down. The ones I remember in particular were ones where he made fun of various mentors apparently because they had deleted one or more threads/posts of his.

At the time, tribdog was trying to avoid a prison sentence, and I believe that thanks to the intervention of some pf staff it was reduced to parole.

It could be that his parole was revoked, I don't know.

He led a dangerous life.

I hope he's ok.

Last time I read this thread, he was burning his girlfriend carpet, raising a dog, eating bad cheap food, painting his door in the place he rented, and trying to translate from Spanish. Really funny guy I believe. He comes and goes I would say about every 8 months if not more...

He's not?

He is not. Whatever you may try, tribdog was specific enough to be hard to counterfeit.

Thanks, Borek.
How someone could not CLEARLY see this from the beginning I have no idea. I think I posted that one night this bizarre assumed association made my laugh so hard and long that my wife actually tossed me out of the house till I settled down. That's a true story.

Is it cold out side now, pallidin?

I went to my parked car in our driveway.
My laughing could not stop and someone(a neighbor I guess) called the police.

I tried to explain, but they didn't think it was funny, apparently.
Thank God, I did not have any keys on me(I had drank a few beers INSIDE our house) and was on my own property. Anyway, they kept looking at me really strange, like I was on drugs or something, because I could not stop laughing.
Even when they asked my name, I burst out laughing.

Anyway, all went well. I was not charged with anything.

So, let me get this straight. You got kicked out of the house because you burnt a hole in your carpet?

 It must be tribdog then :smile:

Hmm, that behavior is suspiciously tribdog-like. I'm just saying.

Now I am beginning to be suspicious as well.

No, I got kicked-out because your and other comments gave me a "spaz-attack" or whatever it's called.
If they would have arrested me, would I have cared? Not really!
I must admit it was quite fun(except for the police) I had never laughed that much in my life.

Be advised, Mr. MotoH, payback is a b***h !

I don't know about that, Borek. Palladin made no mention of painting a mural on the inside of his front door, consistent with Tribdog behavior.

Peoples are changing. Besides, I am not convinced we know whole story. First it was about wife, later about police. Mural can appear in a third post.

Just 'cause you people nearly got me arrested, whatever, I can take a joke, I'm OK with that.
Ok, you got me, but what the hell, tribdog is BACK! Don't like it, do you?
Hope that's not a bad thing you SMF's

So what are you going to do now? Whine about where I've been? IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!

  • #104
OP, get a hold of me. yes, I do remember, but was gone for a while. OK?
Just use pallidin.

English is my second language, can you explain what SMF is?

Actually I liked tribdog and as far as I can tell he liked me, so you can't be him.
