Once my friend told me that we never went on the moon, that it was all a hoagie. Is he lying or just stupid?
Perhaps you friend was pulling your leg. It is true that "we" never went to the moon, at least none of we who are on this forum, and presumably when he told you that it was true for everyone in earshot, "we", of his statement.Jin314159 said:Once my friend told me that we never went on the moon, that it was all a hoagie. Impossible? said:Many people really believe that man never made it to the moon, and it was all a set up. Some of the photographs are not quite right, for example. But,how could so many hundreds of people been involved in a sheme ike that and none of it leaked out to the press? i think it is an impossible secret to cover. But, respect his opinion, it is a wide belief.

Yes, there is a significant amount of evidence that supports the fact that humans have been to the moon. This includes multiple Apollo missions with astronauts landing on the moon, photographs and videos of the lunar surface and astronauts on the moon, and physical samples of lunar rocks and soil brought back to Earth by the astronauts.
There are a few reasons why some people believe that the moon landing was faked. Some believe that the technology at the time was not advanced enough for a successful moon landing, while others point to inconsistencies and anomalies in photographs and videos from the missions. However, these claims have been thoroughly debunked by scientists and experts.
The astronauts were able to survive on the moon due to the advanced technology and training they received. The spacesuits they wore provided them with oxygen, temperature control, and protection from radiation. They also had a limited supply of food and water with them during their missions.
There have been several other missions to the moon since the Apollo missions, including unmanned spacecraft and rover missions from various countries. In 2019, the Chinese Chang'e 4 mission successfully landed a rover on the far side of the moon, providing even more evidence of human exploration on the moon.
Yes, there is physical evidence of the Apollo missions that can be seen from Earth. The Apollo landing sites have been photographed by satellites orbiting the moon, and telescopes on Earth have also captured images of the flags and equipment left behind by the astronauts on the lunar surface.
