So I'm not exactly sure if this is the correct place to post this thread but I was looking for a software to model LED structures incorporating plasmonics nanolayers or nanostructures. I've read publications where people have performed FDTD simulations on similar structures but they don't exactly mention the software they use. Any sort of help will be appreciated.
