well, there are both Dutch and German schools that teach in English.

Here's a database for German

I know some English kids in Holland doing their undergrad there. No doubt there is a master's course too.

!

I can say that most universities do not require a specific ethnic or cultural background for their programs. In the Netherlands, there are many universities that offer programs in English and do not have any specific requirements regarding one's background. Therefore, it is definitely possible to apply for a Dutch taught master program without a Germanic background. However, it is important to carefully review the specific requirements for the program you are interested in, as some may have language proficiency or other prerequisites. Ultimately, your qualifications and academic achievements will be the determining factors for acceptance into the program. I wish you the best of luck in your application process!
