transfer student here coming to UCLA fall 2006 as EE major...anyone else comin to UCLA? good to network
Yes, I'm a junior transfer. I am in 201 also! The only problem is that I have a summer session class the same day as orientation so I am not sure how I am going to swing that. I really want to hang on to that first session so I have a better chance of getting the classes I want.Fei said:are you transfer? mines session 201
I am going to take your advice and try to stay in that session then. My only fear is that my prof will schedule an exam on that day. I'll get the syllabus Monday and then I will know for sure. Worst case, maybe they will let me duck out of orientation and run over to my class (which is from 11:30 to 12:50 so it's mainly during the lunch period).Fei said:I would skip that day...orientation is too important and you always want to get the first day for class selection. Many people wanted 201 but didn't get in so you should consider yourself lucky. I think even the first transfer session is well AFTER second pass for continuing UCLA students...so we are are a disadvantage already.
yea the session is long...it should be fun though...I guess. see you there
