In summary, learning from a retired engineer with a unique perspective can be a valuable opportunity. Their wealth of knowledge and experience can provide a different and insightful approach to learning, allowing for a well-rounded understanding of the subject matter. This perspective can also offer practical and real-world applications for the concepts being taught. With their expertise and years of industry experience, retired engineers can be excellent mentors and teachers for those looking to learn and grow in their field.

Hi folks

I just signed up.
I spent most of my life in Engineering despite being something of a Mathematical Dyslexic. Now retired, I keep creeping rust at bay by designing things (inventing, if you will). This often involves maths, so don't be surprised if I ask a lot of what seem to be dumb questions. Please, they will be profound to me.

Thanks
