After a career in human molecular genetics, I am returning to my lifelong enjoyment of electronics and instrumentation. I hope to gain a more fundamental understanding and visualization of electromagnetism at the level of photons. I dispair of not being able to comprehenf QFT at any useful level but will try patiently, with a goal of some practical application(s).
