In summary, PSI ratings for lobster hooks on shade sails should not be recommended for high winds. While these ratings are often used to determine the strength of a hook, they are not a reliable indicator for withstanding strong winds. Instead, it is recommended to use a combination of proper installation techniques and high-quality materials to ensure the stability and safety of shade sails in high wind conditions.

How did you find PF?
Google search
A sudden windstorm took down my Shade sail.

Thinking about using a quick disconnect to allow the sale to break away In high winds. Question: for a 12 x 12 sale What PSI rating would you recommend for lobster hooks on each corner?

This thread is supposed to be for you to introduce yourself. The question probably belongs in one of the engineering forums. That said, I'm not sure anyone will want to dispense safety related advice on an online forum.
