That would be assuming they open it up to other (non-Apple) devices, which I see as a necessity if they want to be a "Google killer*". Of course, they could subsidize it with iThingy sales and not do that, or they could even do ads on the "free" version and have the iThingy version ad-free. Or they could do any option on a range from ad-free to ad-supported if they open it up to other platforms.
I don't think they will, though, which means Siri is not going to harm Google in any meaningful way.
*Whatever that means.
