Can You Hear Yourself Talk at Mach 2?

In summary, it is not possible for a person to hear themselves talk at Mach 2, which is twice the speed of sound. This is because at such high speeds, the sound waves that carry our voice cannot keep up with the movement of our body, resulting in a phenomenon known as a sonic boom. This creates a loud and powerful shock wave that could potentially cause harm to anyone in its path. However, with advancements in technology and specialized equipment, it is possible for pilots and astronauts to communicate with each other at these speeds.

If you moved at the speed of sound, mach 1, mach 2 would be the speed of sound relative to you, would you be able to hear yourself talk, and if so, would you have to talk at mach 2, and is it possible for sound to travel mach 2 through ground level air.
