Can You Love a Country You're Not From?

In summary, the question of whether one can love a country they are not from is a complex and subjective one. Some argue that love for a country is tied to a sense of belonging and shared cultural identity, while others believe that love for a country can be formed through experiences and connections with its people and values. Ultimately, the ability to love a country one is not from may depend on the individual's personal beliefs and experiences.

Hello and :welcome: !

I'm not sure whether I can love an entire country I don't know enough about. In my experience there are people to love and people to hate in any however defined group.
