Fact: The number of "militant leaders" killed INCREASED, not decreased. This is in direct contradiction to your claim thatruss_watters said:"Even so, the data suggest that the ratio of senior terrorism suspects being killed is declining at a substantial rate. The New America Foundation recently concluded that 12 "militant leaders" were killed by drone strikes in 2010, compared with 10 in 2008. The number of strikes soared over that period, from 33 to 118."
If the number of targets was decreasing I would expect to see less of them being hit, not more. The fact that they decided to blow up a bunch of other people as well is irrelevantthe number of high value militant targets is decreasing
