In summary, the picture of Putin and Abdullah with the hand signal for the Texas Longhorns is genuine. The hand signal can mean anything from cheering the Texas Longhorns (the University of Texas football team), to "I love you" in sign language. It also has been used by the "surfer" culture to mean something like "right on" or "cool dude" (I don't know the exact meaning, just know the context is a good one).

In addition to that sign being the hand signal for Texas Longhorns fans, its also a popular hand symbol for rock musicians. I do believe it originated with metal bands that at least pretended to be Satanic, but it has since become very mainstream.

don get upset arildno I am just reading this book angels and demons is the precuel to the da vinci code and suggests something like this

i just try to keep an open mind and accept all posibilities and i don't think those pictures are hoaxes

Oh, geez, it never ceases to amaze me people's capacity for finding conspiracies in everything (not to mention in the picture they have of Kerry, he's just waving with open hands...oooh, must be Satanic :rolleyes:). i did my senior high school in omaha nebraska and most of my friends were alternatives we used to make the horn salute meaning cool but it was with the thumb extended, is the same for i love you, it is with the thumb extended

Pbbbbttttt! :-p Well, since all the others were giving hand signals, I was focused on his hands and never even noticed the signs people in the picture were holding. I don't even know, what were the 6's for? Everyone had one on their sign; getting 3 in a row wasn't too tough there, but of course that's all in the camera angle. And, hey, how do you know some of them weren't just 9's held upside down? Maybe it's another sex scandal, not a Satan scandal! :smile: :smile:

BTW - I also didn't scroll very far the first time I looked, so missed that there were non-Americans a little way down the page (though some weren't making any particular hand gesture, just seemed to be caught in photographs with their middle two fingers bent a bit more than their others, which isn't all that unnatural.

Not curious at all. Such photographs are readily available, it just takes a lunatic to think there's anything conspiratorial or special about them to post them all in one place with such a lame claim to go with it.

Skull and Bones is a Frat whose members are mostly Masons or prospective Masons. They are not a secret society. The Masons themselves barely even constitute a secret society anymore.

The main antagonist Dan Brown's book "Angels and Demons" is supposedly the Illuminati. All the supposed information that he throws around about them and historical figures in the book is his own invention based off of wild conspiracy theories with no mention what so ever of the real historical organization the Bavarian Illuminati. If you go to his web page there is a section that gives a summerized history of the real Illuminati. A book you might want to look for is "Secret Societies: A History" by Arkon Daraul. It has a very good factual history for a number of real secret societies through out history.

I'm sorry but you are not analyzing this properly. What evidence is there that they belong to a secret society aside from this supposed hand sign they are using? If you saw a picture of my friends and I joking around and throwing stupid looking gang signs would you assume that we must be gang members? And you shouldn't be waiting for someone to present you with alternative explinations you should be looking for them yourself. If this topic really interests you you need to be more critical and skeptical yourself. Out of all the subjects you could study secret societies and conspiracies are the two where you will find the most garbage and misinformation. In the book business it is a pretty big commercial market. People profit off of getting people to believe this crap, that and people like me who find it amusing.
