What if physics laws are also evolving and changing with time?
Like we have evolution in living species, may be we have evolution also in physics laws. (Better one lives, worser one dies) After all, in scientifically speaking, why we have that certain values for physical constants than another certain value? There may be more fundamental algorithm like evolution, or something similar that governs physics?
I have read a study about physics laws may be change according to where you've been in universe. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2010/09/100909004112.htm
But it concerns about space-difference. (actually since space-time is a composite structure, it may eventually include time)
However, although it may explain the constants, same question would be asked for the formulas. Would it be the same answer?
