How did you find PF?
I found PF through searching a question. It was on graduate school admissions.
I am Ege, a first year physics and mathematics specialist (kind of equivalent to double major) student at University of Toronto. I have been interested in physics ever since kindergarten and elementary school when I used to read popular physics journals. Ever since that, I've been hooked to physics, my interest became exponential when I read The Character of Physical Law by the great educator in the junior year of high school. I also picked up interest in theoretical physics and have started researching on my own mainly through wikipedia, recent articles, and Perimeter Institute's seminars. Ever since then, I have an interest in theoretical high energy physics, strong gravity, quantum gravity, and quantum fields. Thus, I wish to become a theoretical physicist in the future and become a useful part of the society.

Additionally, I have great interest in geopolitics, philosophy, and obviously applied and pure math. Absolutely like philosophical debates.

Well, we can help with the Physics and Math parts, but we do not allow discussions about politics or philosophy.

Hello, I’m joining from Turkey and I’m 28 years old. I discovered my interest in science through a YouTube video (@Veritasium) , and everything I’ve learned since then excites me so much that I feel like a child wanting to share every new piece of knowledge with those around me. Although I don’t yet have full mastery of mathematical formulas or physical laws, my passion for learning constantly drives me to explore and understand more. No matter how complex the world of science may be, my...
