In summary, the conversation discusses difficulties with using Latex formatting in the "Preview" mode on the website. The issue was resolved by clearing the cache, and it is noted that Latex may not work on pages that do not already contain Latex.

Greetings,

I was just attempting to post some content that would include some simple Latex formatting with either ##...## or $$...$$.

Neither worked for me under "Preview" instead merely displaying ##...## for example.

I was under the impression that the Latex formatting should work under "Preview".ES

Hmmm I just tested and it worked in preview mode. What browser are you using? Try clearing your cache.

I think it depends if there's LaTeX already on the page. So LaTeX will work in preview here because #1 contains LaTeX, but not on (e.g.) Lame Jokes which doesn't have any LaTeX on its current page.
