I am a retired university professor of theoretical physics, still scientifically active. Along my scientific carrier I published about 150 papers and 3 books. My interests were ranging over mathematical physics, relativistic quantum field theory, non-equilibrium ,statistical physics and solid-state theory. I enjoyed always to enter new areas and avoided to be a narrow "specialist". In this sense, I belong to a dying out species.
