I have a project in mind and I don't know where to start, so I think if I know who is the person I could contact it could help me a lot.

I don't know anything about CAD, Engineering, but I am a former Microbiologist.

Post a very specific question, with any needed diagrams or whatever, in the appropriate forum. Just asking could someone help you do something that you am not describing at all isn't going to get you far.

Oh, and just to be clear, we don't hook up via private message for one-on-one help here on PF. Everything is done in the open forum where everyone can jump in.
