Depends on what do you want to do. I assume you don't have homework problems. So you can either read in the many existing forums or add your opinion via "post reply", or you "post (a new) thread" in one of them, in case you want to know something or just debate it. In case of discussions we usually require a scientific reference, so that we have a serious common basis to debate. There are also forums which are more for pleasure, currently under "Impulse Subjects": jokes, you tube videos or Random Thoughts where people can leave just that.

Just a little remark in case you want to help other students with their homework questions. Our mission is to teach, so we do not give away complete answers or answer what can easily be found via a search engine. We try to guide students to find the correct answer, such that they can actually benefit. To give away the answers won't help them in the long run. I'm not sure whether this is also possible in biology as it is in math and physics, since biology requires far more facts than methods, but you probably know better than me.

Can always lead students to work out answers to their questions!
