In summary, to improve understanding of physics, it is important to have a strong foundation in mathematics and to actively engage in problem-solving and critical thinking. Additionally, regularly practicing and reviewing concepts, seeking out additional resources and explanations, and participating in discussions and experiments can also enhance understanding. Developing a conceptual understanding and connecting theories to real-world applications can also aid in comprehension. It is also helpful to approach physics with a curious and open mindset and to seek out the guidance and assistance of knowledgeable instructors or peers.
