With 9/11 fast approaching I became aware from a radio talk show that Nationally syndicated Mike Smerconish is raising money, 100% of which will go to building a Memorial in Shanksville, PA in memory of those who gave their lives trying to prevent the hijackers from reaching Washington, DC. I was more than happy to contribute and will be getting my 9/11 pins in a few days, 46 out of 50 states have participated so far and our little state pushed the donations over the $ 100,000 goal in part as a result of the radio talk show segment which featured Mike asking our little state for help. I know PF member's who care may want to join in. Here is your chance.
