Is Ale More Similar to Ollie or Beer from a Scientific Perspective?

In summary, when looking at the science behind it, ale is more similar to Ollie than beer. Both ale and Ollie are fermented at warmer temperatures with top-fermenting yeast, while beer is fermented at colder temperatures with bottom-fermenting yeast. This results in a similar flavor profile and a higher alcohol content in both ale and Ollie. However, all three beverages are made from grains and undergo fermentation, making them similar in some aspects. Overall, while there are some similarities between ale and beer, ale shares more scientific similarities with Ollie.

Dear all,

I'm new, I have never used a forum to ask questions... normally I look for the answer to my questions between those already asked! :)

I hope you will be as positively surprised as I have been.
Don't be afraid to ask anything.
Only philosophy and unpublished, obscure theories might get difficult.
