Is My Old Account Still Active and How Can I Verify Its Use?

Just making sure I get all the facts before I open my fat mouth.
Or correct my mistakes.
Don't want to say something before I know all the facts.

I just want to know. I think this may be my second account, but the first one is not registered with any of my email accounts.
It seems, though that my name associated with my old account: Exo is being used?

Am I missing something here?
