Shouldn't the tires be burning? And if the friction is large enough wouldn't the car flip over instead of being pushed like this?

I thought it was fake but a number of users reported seeing that on the news although no link is given to a video or article.

It looks like it was raining. Its hard to tell how wet the road is, you would think that there would be some spray if it were very wet, but it could be hydroplaning I suppose.
