I really want to use LaTex for my science fair project. I went to the LaTex website and went to instructions in getting LaTex. I know I need to get something called MikTex. Can someone please explain to me how to get LaTex, and use it to write papers? I saw all the other posts, but they never actually tell you the instructions in getting LaTex.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I installed mikTex but it did not work on its own. There are a couple other things you need to do; see this thread.
