Hi, I Looking for a wireless wifi-7 usb adapter for an AMD machine which supports upto 10Gbps transmission speeds?

Amazon doesn't seem to deliver to my country, so perhaps other websites.
In my search in google i didn't find any USB wireless adapter with this speed.

Thanks in advance!

Your best bet is to ask the major manufacturers about availability... and don't expect to get one at your corner computer shop.

Although the limiting factor is more likely to be the USB interface. The advertised speeds for both USB and WiFi are usually the theoretical, one way, speeds. For instance, USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 (the latest, not very available version) claims 20Gbs, but for real-world use, with its overhead, would often come in at half that, or the 10Gbs you are asking about.
You might try https://www.usb.org/ for more info.

For a router, here is a link to a high-end device from one of the major manufacturers. Again, that speed is likely for lengthy one-way communication such as transferring Gigabyte files. Pricing at this writing is USD $699.99.

If you find a combination that works please let us know, we like to learn too!

Thanks.

Eventually I decided to not upgrade to that 5GBPs download speeds; though it's quite alluring to me.
I am living with my parents and I don't want them to make more holes in the walls for the fibers.
I might do it eventually though, not sure.
I had seen some USB interfaces that do support 5GBPs.
