In summary, there are multiple combinations of numbers that can be used to make 21 using 1, 5, 6, and 7, including 1+5+6+7, 5+6+10, and 7+7+7. These combinations can be achieved using different mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and parentheses. In total, there are 6 different ways to make 21 with these numbers. The highest number that can be made using 1, 5, 6, and 7 is 27, which can be achieved by multiplying and subtracting the numbers. It is also possible to make 21 using these numbers without using all of them, but

Make the number 21 using the numbers:
1, 5, 6, 7

you can use:
addition, subtraction, multipliaction and division

I promise you it is straight forward maths and NO tricks... you can only use each number once and you can't use say 15 (the 1 and the 5 together) and you can't do like 5^6 or anything.

FAQ: Make the number 21 using the numbers: 1, 5, 6, 7

What are the possible combinations of numbers to make 21 using 1, 5, 6, and 7?

There are multiple combinations of numbers that can be used to make 21 using 1, 5, 6, and 7. Some of the possible combinations are 1+5+6+7, 5+6+10, and 7+7+7.

Can I use any mathematical operations to make 21 with these numbers?

Yes, you can use addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and parentheses to create different combinations of 21 with 1, 5, 6, and 7. For example, (6+1) x 5 + 7 = 21.

How many different ways can I make 21 with these numbers?

There are 6 different ways to make 21 with 1, 5, 6, and 7. These are 1+5+6+7, 1+6+7+7, 1+7+7+6, 5+5+6+5, 5+6+10, and 7+7+7.

What is the highest number I can make using these numbers?

The highest number you can make using 1, 5, 6, and 7 is 27. This can be achieved by multiplying 7 and 7 to get 49, then subtracting 5 and 6 to get 27.

Is there a way to make 21 with these numbers without using all of them?

Yes, it is possible to make 21 using these numbers without using all of them. For example, 5+5+6+5 = 21. However, it is also possible to use all of the numbers and still make 21, such as 1+5+6+7 = 21.
