Much to the annoyance of my boyfriend, I have this deviation that I like to watch 'make-over' programs (Next top model, Project catwalk). I just watched another such episode (Looking Good), but seeing someone transform like this is just fun to watch (and it is not over the top like some of the shows).

Some people would be fun to make over on this forum (what would Astronuc look like without his beard)
(not that I think that anyone here needs a make over)

I do too. The one on the right looks like a throw back to the 70's.

I didn't know Borek had his wig dyed grey.

Man, what the hell happened to Burt Reynolds. He sure did let himself go. But he did clean up nicely as that guy from Law and Order Special Victims Unit. DUN DUNNNNNNNNNN

Dont ask me why, but this guy looks Canadian.

I think the 2nd one was the "after". I think this was from the "Who wants to be a strip bar DJ?" reality show.

How the hell do you see Borek in that guy? Borek has a more...almost mousy look, lol.

I, too, was reminded of Borek as soon as I saw the pictures.

I think he was a fan of the band Normaal, lead singer:

Hmmmm. Apparently a lot of women wonder about that. Women who associate with my wife, or who know both of us, apparently make comments to her about how I look or should look.

Beard stays. Long hair and ponytail stay.

The middle bit? As in in between the hair on top of his head and his beard?

So, are you saying he shouldn't shave his nose hairs or are you saying he should shave his nose hairs? Or are we talking about ear hair?

Beard and moustache go together as a continuous manifold.

You can have a pony tail without hair on top of your head. I hear that nowadays they also have these silly little things called eyebrows. ;-p

There's nothing wrong with that

Actually a male colleague of mine with long hair and a beard one day decided to shave the beard off, we didn't recognize him anymore :-p and then my sister, who always wears all her hair in a ponytail decided to wear it loose at a christmas party, my boyfriend didn't recognize her and introduced himself

I've got two rules that I go by... and this guy breaks both

1.) Never trust a guy with a mullet

2.) Never trust a guy with just a mustache

Why, it's normal to introduce yourself to people you don't know when you attend the same party.

True. I was alluding to the fact that he wasn't hitting on our sister - but nevermind.

I guess he didn't recognize your sister. Just as long as he recognized you.

Sometimes I agree with Zooby that women see men as Mr. Potato Heads that they can change around and accessorize.
