I was educated in Scotland, where there were no A-levels. I did "Higher" Physics, Maths and Chemistry (I got A's). I studied Mathematics at Heriot-Watt University in Edinbugh and got a first-class honours degree in 1984.

I started studying physics after I retired, ten years ago.

Oh wow I’m doing the same physics maths and chemistry. It is most likely the equivalent of what you done in Scotland. that is pretty impressive I didn’t think you would be retired. What did you work as after getting your honours degree

Oh that’s so good how did that work out for you in the long term. Was it profitable? And were you always a computer programmer
