Was just wondering if anybody knows of a book (or a website) summarizing the general relativity story from Einstein's days to current topics and research areas. I'll be hopefully doing my MSc in physics, but am not sure about choosing the general relativity modules. I need to have some idea of the research frontiers closely related to this topic i.e. any unsolved problems? applications of the theory?
