Well, surely that's the shower handle up on the wall above it. It's the bathroom of the future, you can do all three S's while standing in one place.

I don't really think this photo is that bad. It's just one of those photos you look at years later and wonder, "Why?" ...

... and wonder the "Where's the bidet?", of course.
