Hi, wrong forum but you guys might know so I try here.

I have spookiness going around in my body with fluctuating fluid levels in the entire body, and the onsets are pretty random. Like someone vaccumed my fluids when I was sleeping.

At one point I had clear elevated levels of testosterone, now that phase passed. Something is glitching, clearly....

I am very worried so please answer if you have an idea before you throw the thread in the bin

FAQ: Random dehydration and loss of fluid in the body

What are the common causes of random dehydration and fluid loss in the body?

Common causes of random dehydration and fluid loss include excessive sweating, diarrhea, vomiting, fever, and inadequate fluid intake. Certain medical conditions like diabetes and medications such as diuretics can also contribute to fluid loss.

What are the symptoms of dehydration?

Symptoms of dehydration can range from mild to severe and include dry mouth, thirst, dark yellow urine, dizziness, fatigue, and confusion. Severe dehydration may lead to rapid heart rate, low blood pressure, and unconsciousness.

How can dehydration be prevented?

Dehydration can be prevented by ensuring adequate fluid intake, especially during hot weather, exercise, or illness. Drinking water regularly, consuming foods with high water content (like fruits and vegetables), and avoiding excessive alcohol and caffeine can help maintain proper hydration levels.

What should I do if I suspect I am dehydrated?

If you suspect dehydration, you should immediately drink water or an oral rehydration solution. Rest in a cool place and avoid further fluid loss. If symptoms are severe or persistent, seek medical attention promptly.

Can dehydration lead to other health complications?

Yes, dehydration can lead to several health complications including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, heat injury, and in severe cases, kidney failure or hypovolemic shock. Chronic dehydration can also affect cognitive function and physical performance.
