In summary, the State of the Union Address is an annual speech given by the President of the United States to update the nation on current affairs and outline their agenda and priorities. It is typically given in late January or early February, with President Biden's first address scheduled for February 23rd in 2021. The address is attended by members of Congress, Supreme Court Justices, and other dignitaries, with each member of Congress allowed to invite one guest. The topics addressed vary but commonly include the economy, national security, healthcare, and education. The length of the address varies but typically lasts around an hour, with the longest address in history given by President Bill Clinton in 2000 at one hour and 28 minutes.

I'm watching Biden State of the Union Address and the part I like best so far is his intention of raising Pell Grants.

I'm afraid, but this is politics and will end up in a mess a.c.

There are currently many political events that deserve attention (Selenskyj spoke to the EU parliament, von der Leyen basically offered Ukraine an EU membership, Biden's speech). Nevertheless, it is against our rules for the reason I mentioned.

I'm sorry, but I have to close this thread.
