Hey guys.
I am new to this forum, and being a 3rd year student in an MPhys course I am slightly irate that I hadn't registered this forum before, or any other physics forums for that matter. Hence the username.
That said, I need all the advice I can get regarding a project I am doing for my 3rd year physics course.
Ok, let me explain: I am doing the MPhys course, so its not my final year, therefore my project is only worth half the credits (20 credits rather than 40) than people who are on the BSc course (because its their final year project).
The question is: Are there any UK forum members who could tell me the structure of the final report and also give me advice. For a theoretical project, do they expect a lot of research, derivations etc. and how do I present researched information?
I know these are such newbie questions but I haven't done a theoretical project before.
Would be nice if I could get a few contacts on MSN to help me out with these things.
Thank you for reading.
