I a have no idea what your question is. I'm sure the process to get to the MFG menu system is different for each TV. I would call the support line and ask them.

FAQ: Troubleshooting Color Issues on Hyundai TVs

Why is my Hyundai TV displaying incorrect or distorted colors?

There could be several reasons for this issue. One possibility is that the color settings on your TV may need to be adjusted. You can try adjusting the color temperature, contrast, and brightness to see if that fixes the issue. Another possibility is that there may be a problem with the HDMI or AV cables connecting the TV to your device. Try switching out the cables to see if that helps. If the issue persists, there may be a problem with the TV's display panel itself, and it may need to be serviced or replaced.

How do I calibrate the colors on my Hyundai TV?

Calibrating the colors on your TV involves adjusting the color settings to achieve the most accurate and natural-looking colors. Many newer Hyundai TVs have an automatic calibration feature that can be accessed through the settings menu. You can also manually adjust the color temperature, tint, brightness, and contrast to achieve your desired color balance. There are also professional calibration tools and services available if you want to achieve the most precise color accuracy.

Why are certain colors not displaying on my Hyundai TV?

This issue could be due to a few different factors. It's possible that the specific color or colors you are trying to display are not supported by your TV, or that the color settings need to be adjusted. It could also be a problem with the source device, such as a gaming console or cable box. Check the device's color output settings and make sure they are compatible with your TV. If the issue persists, there may be a problem with the TV's display panel or the source device itself.

How can I fix color banding on my Hyundai TV?

Color banding is when there are visible lines or bands of different shades of the same color on the screen. This is usually caused by a low color bit depth, which means the TV cannot display a wide range of colors. To fix this, try setting your TV to a higher color bit depth if possible. You can also try adjusting the color settings or using a professional calibration tool to achieve smoother color gradients. If the issue persists, it may be a limitation of your TV's display panel.

What can I do if my Hyundai TV has a green or pink tint?

A green or pink tint on your TV's display could be caused by a few different things. It's possible that the color settings need to be adjusted, or that there is an issue with the source device's color output. Check the color settings on both the TV and the source device and make sure they are compatible. If the issue persists, it may be a problem with the TV's display panel, and it may need to be serviced or replaced.
