What Are Some Common Hypotheses in Physics?

In summary, some common hypotheses in physics include the laws of thermodynamics, which state that energy cannot be created or destroyed, but only transformed from one form to another. The theory of relativity, proposed by Albert Einstein, suggests that the laws of physics are the same for all observers in constant motion. The big bang theory hypothesizes that the universe began with a massive explosion, leading to the expansion of space and the formation of galaxies. Other common hypotheses in physics include quantum mechanics, which explains the behavior of particles on a microscopic scale, and the theory of general relativity, which describes how gravity works. These hypotheses have been extensively studied and tested by scientists, leading to a deeper understanding of the physical world around us.

I'm not a physicist, but I have studied a lot of physics on my own and in the U.S. Navy. I had some hypotheses that I wanted to run past you guys.
