What equipment do I need for astrophotography?

In summary, for astrophotography, you will need a camera with manual settings, a sturdy tripod, a remote shutter release, a wide-angle lens, and a star tracker for longer exposures. Additionally, you may want to invest in a light pollution filter, a red headlamp for preserving night vision, and a laptop or tablet for editing and processing your photos. It is also recommended to have a reliable power source, such as spare batteries or a portable power bank, and appropriate clothing and gear for outdoor shooting in dark and cold conditions.
