Hello,
I am not a physics expert so I thought you might help me with this question.
I have been told that:
"In quantum physics there is a force that governs and animates every vibrations in this universe... a force (energy) that governs and animates every atom."

Can you please explain to me what this force is and how it works?

I guess whoever said it might think of either the Schrödinger equation and/or the deBroglie relations. If so, the quote is badly formulated. Force and energy have specific meanings in physics, and the usage of those words in the quote makes it incomprehensible IMO. A quantum system can be described by the/a Schrödinger equation, but the equation itself is no "force" or "energy", it's an equation. The "wave properties" of a particle can be described by the deBroglie wavelength equation, but the equation itself is no "force" or "energy", it's an equation.

Obviously this isn't to be taken too literal but as far as I know string theory states that everything in the universe is made of up trillions upon trillions of these unimaginably small strings which vibrate.

Maybe this is what the OP is taking about?
