Hello,
I am wondering if you could help me overcome this problem
in this case we are referring to types of weavers,
Another design of machine uses beads of oils and two metal plates X and Y.
The potential difference between these plates is 5.0x10^3V
Each bead of oil has a mass of 4.0x10^-5 Kg and is given a negative charge of 6.5x10^-6 C.
The bead accelerates from reat at plate X and passes through a hole in plate Y.
Neglecting effects of air friction, calculate the speed of the bead at plate Y.
Any help would be appreciated.
