What is the Thermal Diffusivity of Polymers?

In summary, thermal diffusivity refers to the rate at which heat diffuses through a material. For polymers, this property is influenced by factors such as molecular weight, chain flexibility, and chemical structure. Polymers with higher thermal diffusivity values have a faster response to changes in temperature, making them suitable for applications such as heat transfer and thermal management. Understanding the thermal diffusivity of polymers is essential for designing and optimizing their use in various industries, including electronics, construction, and packaging.

I came across with this forum looking up for thermal difusividad of polymer. I did some research about this topic in my doctoral thesis and I am still interested on this field
