In summary, the conversation revolves around predicting the percentage that will receive the most votes in a poll. Some individuals choose 0% as they believe most people will avoid the most popular choices. Others believe that selecting the correct answer will result in a higher percentage, leading to a chaotic and unpredictable outcome. Some individuals also mention the idea of a cooperative solution, where everyone chooses 100% to ensure a correct answer. Overall, there is uncertainty and differing opinions on how the poll will turn out, with some individuals admitting to being naive in their predictions.

What percentage of people will have chosen the percentage chosen most often?

You might want to check it again.

30% received the most votes, around 23%. This, of course, rounds to 20%. So those people who voted for 20% win, even though they are not a majority.

It was a good game. I don't think 20% would win if the game were played again, though. Having played once, the results would be skewed.
