Where Can I Find Books on Shell Dielectric Resonance Antennas?

In summary, a dielectric antenna is a type of antenna that uses a dielectric material to improve its performance. It works by using the properties of the dielectric material to focus and direct electromagnetic waves. The advantages of using a dielectric antenna include improved performance, higher gain, and lower interference. There are various types of books available on dielectric antennae, including introductory texts, advanced technical guides, and research papers. These books cover topics such as theory, design, and applications of dielectric antennae. Real-world applications of dielectric antennae include wireless communication, radar systems, satellite communication, medical imaging, and consumer electronics.

That is horn antenna.
I am interested in shell (ring) dielectric resonance antenna or multi-cylindrical dielectric resonance antenna.

Related to Where Can I Find Books on Shell Dielectric Resonance Antennas?

1. What is a dielectric antenna?

A dielectric antenna is a type of antenna that uses a dielectric material, such as plastic, ceramic, or glass, as its main component. This material acts as an insulator and helps to improve the performance of the antenna by reducing the loss of electromagnetic energy.

2. How do dielectric antennae work?

Dielectric antennae work by using the properties of the dielectric material to focus and direct the electromagnetic waves. The dielectric material acts as a lens, allowing the antenna to transmit and receive signals more efficiently.

3. What are the advantages of using a dielectric antenna?

There are several advantages to using a dielectric antenna, including improved performance, higher gain, and lower interference. Dielectric antennae are also smaller and lighter compared to traditional metal antennae, making them more suitable for certain applications.

4. What types of books are available on dielectric antennae?

There are various types of books available on dielectric antennae, including introductory texts, advanced technical guides, and research papers. Some books focus on the theory and design of dielectric antennae, while others discuss their applications in different industries.

5. Are there any real-world applications of dielectric antennae?

Yes, dielectric antennae have numerous real-world applications, including use in wireless communication systems, radar systems, satellite communication, and medical imaging. They are also used in various consumer electronics, such as smartphones, Wi-Fi routers, and TV antennas.
