Hmmm. I can't tell if this means you ate it, or decided not to.

Anyway, I, too, am overcome with an unhealthy Chef Boyardee craving once in a blue moon. I think this is because it's the sort of thing I got served in the school cafeteria in my first years of formal education. (I'm tryin' to think. This was back when I was about 35, or so.) This craving is probably a kind of nostalgia for simpler times.

Oh, young penguin fellow, a position like that could taint your reputation for the rest of your life. Although not as bad as being a philosophy mentor.

It's great stuff. You don't even need to heat it. Just open the can, throw in handful of salt (optional), and dig in. Lots of quick energy there.

I'll believe it when I try it... and after seeing that pic, that'll probably only be when I'm desperate. :-p

It's a hideous kind of food, really, but if it's served a lot before the victim's neuronal wiring is advanced he comes to accept it as familiar, and even desirable.

We're having Beefaroni
Beef and macaroni
(I forget the middle part)
Hooray for Beefaroni

I never said that I liked the ads for it.

Close, but no cigar.

The Beefaroni jingle:

"We're having Beefaroni. It's made with macaroni. Beefaroni's full of meat. Beefaroni's fun to eat. Beefaroni's really neat. Hooray for Beefaroni!"

Actually, they ended with "Hooray! Whee! For Chef Boyardee!"

Eww is right! How can anyone eat that stuff? When I was a kid, that was all that one of my friends would eat. I didn't like visiting her house very often because I couldn't stand that Chef Boyardee stuff, so if I was there at lunchtime, I'd be hungry all day.
